- Het Gein Delicatessen on Friday on the Amstelveen market and on Saturday on Nieuwmarkt: lentils, mustard, olive oil, marmalades, risotto rice, stock, condiments, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise and many other products.
- C’est Bon, Hogeweg 9, excellent nuts, dried fruits, coffee, tea, chocolate. Friendly staff and great quality.
- Delipuur, on line only, fresh truffles and excellent truffle products (oil, butter and even gin)

- La Maison de l’Olive, 18 Rue Pairolière, we love their olives, especially the ones with anchois.
- SL Epicerie, 17 Rue du Lycée 06000 Nice. The tastiest Gorgonzola dolce, Italian Speck and (yes!) Guanciale. We can’t resist buying Mortadella or Rocamadour. Unfortunately the Epicerie has closed. Many thanks Max for the excellent products and your great service!

- De Peperwinkel, on line only, the ideal place to buy pepper and spice blends such as baharat, za’atar, garam masala and ras el hanout. Great quality. Not sure if they ship outside of the Netherlands.

- La Maison de l’Olive, 18 Rue Pairolière, Grains of paradise, peppers, blends, salt. Also very tasty olives (the ones with anchovies!). Great quality, very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Fish

- Siem Schilder, Albert Cuypmarkt (the ascending market stall), everything you can dream of, ranging from fresh lobsters to sea urchins, various oysters, haddock, red snapper and cod. And everything in between.

- Kroon, excellent salmon for your sashimi and very tasty fried squid and kibbeling
