A simple and very tasty Asian Style side dish.
What You Need
- Pak Choi
- Olive Oil
- Red ChilliOyster Sauce
- (optional) Mirin
- (optional) Low Salt Soy Sauce
What You Do
- Clean the pak choi
- Slice the leaves in two (lengthwise)
- Fry gently in olive oil, no need to color the pak choi
- Add a few slices of red chilli (depending on you taste and the spiciness of the chilli)
- Add oyster sauce and generously coat the pak choi
- (optional) adjust flavour to your taste with mirin (sweet) and/or soy sauce (salty, umami)
- Leave for a few minutes and serve
