Pak Choi with Oyster Sauce

A simple and very tasty Asian Style side dish.

What You Need
  • Pak Choi
  • Olive Oil
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Red Chilli
What You Do
  1. Clean the pak choi
  2. Slice the leaves in two (lengthwise)
  3. Fry gently in olive oil, no need to color the pak choi
  4. Add a few slices of red chilli (depending on you taste and the spiciness of the chilli)
  5. Add two teaspoons of oyster sauce and stir
  6. Leave for a few minutes and serve
