What You Need

  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 50 – 75 ml Vodka
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 100 ml Non-Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • (optional) Vanilla

What You Do

Whisk the egg yolks and the sugar ruban. This may take 10 minutes. Add vanilla (if using). Slowly add the non-sweetened condensed milk. Combine. Now slowly add the vodka and keep whisking gently. Cool in the refrigerator and serve the next day.
